Featured cards and banners

Premium tiers earn a featured card placement and, at the Pro and Premium Plus levels, a top-of-page banner above the editorial list. Both are clearly labeled and visually distinct from the editorial ranking.

Lead tools

Inquiries delivered, not pooled

On premium tiers, parent inquiries are delivered straight to your inbox (or by SMS, or by API). No marketplace bidding. No splitting one parent's interest across five competing programs.

An honest second look

Pro and Premium Plus tiers include an editorial review of your program. Our writers read your profile, talk to a few enrolled families, and write a calm, balanced page. We publish what we find; we do not edit out the rough edges for paying clients.

Ranking on our city, neighborhood, and category pages is determined by a published editorial algorithm: accreditation, licensing standing, profile completeness, parent ratings, and visit recency. Premium tiers add visibility (featured cards, top-3 banners, editorial reviews), not position. If we ever change this, we will say so plainly on this page and in the footer of every page on the site.

Common questions.

Will paying for a premium tier raise my listing in search results?

No. Editorial ranking is determined by the same algorithm for every listing, free or paid. Premium tiers buy visibility (featured cards, top-3 banners, editorial reviews) which are visually labeled and distinct from the editorial list. See our editorial standards.

Are there contracts or setup fees?

No setup fees, no contracts. All tiers are month-to-month. Cancel any time and your profile reverts to the Free tier. Nothing about your account is deleted unless you specifically request it.

How are leads delivered?

On Free, parents reach you through a contact form that emails the address on your profile. On Starter, leads are delivered as branded emails. On Pro, leads also arrive by SMS. On Premium Plus, you can integrate with your enrollment software through our API.

How does the editorial review work?

Pro tier includes one editorial review per year; Premium Plus includes a quarterly feature. Our writers read your profile, request a 30-minute walkthrough call, and (with your permission) speak with 2 to 4 enrolled families. We publish a balanced page; we do not edit out concerns we hear, but we always give you a chance to respond before publication.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month.

What if I run multiple locations?

Premium Plus is built for multi-location operators. You get a unified dashboard, location-level lead routing, and quarterly editorial features across the chain. For 5+ locations, we offer custom pricing — contact us.

Do you offer a free trial of premium?

We do not. Instead, our Free tier is genuinely permanent and includes the things providers want most: verified profile, photos, parent reviews, and a contact form. Most listings stay on Free.
